MANILA Mayor Isko Moreno yesterday invited local and foreign tourists to visit Chinatown for a “food trip” as he took pride in refurbished monument of Filipino-Chinese icon Roman Ongpin at the entrance of Chinatown in Binondo.

Fishers find P64M ‘floating’ shabu

FIVE plastic bags containing suspected shabu worth P64 million in the underground market were surrendered to the police in Biri, Northern Samar by local residents who found them floating in the shoreline past 2 p.m. Saturday, Police Regional Office 8 director, Brigadier General Dionardo B.
