A 33-YEAR-OLD fisherman charged with statutory rape and ranks as the number 4 most wanted person in Region 4 was nabbed in Lanao Del Norte.
Laguna Police Provincial Director PCol. Serafin Petalio II reported to Calabarzon Regional Director PBGen. Felipe Natividad the arrest of the accused identified as Edmar Monera, resident of Bgy. Margos, Kapatagan, Lanao Del Norte.
Nagcarlan and Kapatagan police nabbed the suspect in Bgy. Margos, Kapatagan, Lanao Del Norte.
Monera was collared on the strength of a virtue of warrant of arrest for statutory rape with no bail recommended and rape through sexual assault in relation to Sec 5(b) of RA 7610.
