Acting Environment Secretary Jim O. Sampulna (right) signs the project document, which is a binding document among the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Global Environment Facility (GEF), and with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), on the implementation and funding for the Seventh Operational Phase of the GEF Small Grants Programme in the Philippines (SGP-7) with UNDP Resident Representative Dr. Selva Ramachandran during the launch of SGP-7 on April 8, 2022 at the DENR Central Office. The four-year project aims to build resilient landscapes and stronger economies for the local communities involved to attain sustainable development and over-all global environmental benefits.
