Blackwater Bossing team owner Dioceldo Sy will talk about the team’s preparations in the coming 46th season of the PBA, as well as the Rookie Draft and the East Asia Basketball League during the first part of the forum starting 10 a.m.

Three-time Southeast Asian Games boxing gold medalist/2016 Rio Olympian Charly Suarez, SEA Games women’s kurash gold medalist Estie Gay Liwanen, Sanman Promotions head JC Manangquil, Makati Pool Players Association Director Leslie “Anitokid” Mapugay and Wilde Blu Junior Billiards Team mainstay Bernie “Benok” Regalario make up the second half of the session.

Suarez will discuss his much-awaited fight against Jonjon Estrada in Reboot 2021: Dawn of a New Beginning” in Paniqiui, Tarlac on Feb. 13.

Liwanen, Manangquil, Mapugay and Regalario will announce their plans for the new year.

TOPS president Ed Andaya of People’s Tonight is inviting all officers and members, and friends in the sports community, to join the weekly public service program sponsored by the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and Games and Amusements Board (GAB).

This is the sixth session for the year of TOPS, which is composed of editors, columnists, reporters and photographers of the country’s leading national tabloids and blogger-friends from different social media groups.
