Gunman in Sudipen mayor’s slay nabbed, 4 more hunted

SAN Fernando City, La Union — One of the five alleged gunmen in the brutal killing of a town mayor and his two aides was arrested Wednesday, police said yesterday.

Senior Supt. Herminio S.
