THE Universidad de Manila (UdM) has already set the dates when it will start accepting applications for incoming college freshmen and senior high school students for Academic Year 2023-2024.

This was announced by Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna, who said that college freshmen may apply beginning March 13, 2023, while senior high school applications will be entertained starting on April 17, 2023.

Based on the rules set by UdM President Felma Carlos-Tria, the mayor said that applicants will need to schedule an online appointment to come to UDM and submit their requirements.

Tria explained that online appointments to submit requirements will be by District (where applicant currently resides).

Dates set for securing online appointments are as follows: Districts 1 and 2, from March 7 to 8; Districts 3 and 4, from March 9-10 and Districts 5 and 6, from March 11-12.

For applicants across all districts who were not able to get an appointment schedule in the per district assigned dates or make it to their appointment, they may still be entertained from March 13-April 14.
“Make sure to read and understand the Admission Requirements and Guidelines available in the Online Appointment System,” she said.

Upon successful completion of admission appointment, one should print or take a screenshot of the Appointment Confirmation which will have to be presented to the UDM Security together with a valid ID, for verification purposes, before entering the UDM premises.

Entry point for applicants is through the MEHAN GARDENS Gate and applicants should come 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

“Don’t forget to bring all your application requirements,” said Tria, adding that UDM Admission Appointment can be accessed through this link reg.udm.edu.ph/udmadmission or via the QR Code posted on the UdM’s Facebook account.

A total of 2,100 freshmen will be accommodated for the 2023-2024 schoolyear, she added.
