Collo was sentenced on January 2015 to serve a maximum of 10 years imprisonment at the New Bilibid Prisons (NBP) in Muntinlupa. He was able to avail his premature release last June 5, 2018. He was convicted for raping his wife’s niece on 2010.
The arrest was based on the complaint filed by Gerald Viernes, 34, married, of No 124 Ilang-ilang St., MPC Line Bagumbong, Caloocan City and Marco Leobrera,30, married ,of No. 2531 M. Delos Reyes, Gen. De Leon St., Valenzuela City. The two are both security guards of a bank.
