At 2:00 p.m. yesterday, Tropical Depression "AURING" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 410 kms East of Virac, Catanduanes (13.5°N 128.3°E) with maximum winds of 55 kph near the center. Forecast to move Northeast at 19 kph. Cold front affecting Northern and Central Luzon.
